Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day. Occasionally an order needs an extra business day, for example during high volume or when we need to verify payment.

Carriers and rates

We ship from the United States with FedEx. Available services and their prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more after discounts, and free for Rebirth members as set out on the Membership page. Build a Box orders ship free with FedEx 2Day.

Delivery times are estimates that start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and the tracking link is also in My Account under Orders.

Delays

Carriers are occasionally delayed by weather, volume or events outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if a package has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 7 days of its expected delivery date, email us with your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, sent within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders with Shipping Insurance added at checkout are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit, and we replace the affected items. Without Shipping Insurance, once the carrier marks a package delivered we cannot replace it, and we will help you open a claim or trace with the carrier.

P.O. boxes and military addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO, FPO and DPO addresses through USPS. Faster services may not be available for these addresses.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before you pay. Contact us straight away if it needs to change; once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
