No. We do not give dosing, reconstitution, administration or protocol guidance for any product, and our team will not answer questions about using a product on a person or an animal.

As stated on the label and product page. Lyophilised peptides are generally kept cold, dry and away from light, handled in a laboratory setting with suitable protective equipment.

Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory in the USA before it ships, and the certificate of analysis is linked on the product page and collected in the COA Library.

The identity and purity the laboratory measured for that specific lot, with the lab's signed report. It confirms what is in the vial. It is not a statement that the material is safe for any use outside the laboratory.

Each lot gets its own certificate. When a new lot arrives its report is added, so you can match the lot on your vial to the report for it.

Buy more of the same compound and every vial of it gets cheaper: 3 or more is 30% off, 5 or more is 35% off, 10 or more is 40% off, and 50 or more is 50% off. All sizes of a compound count together. The price updates in your cart automatically, no code needed.

Yes. On the Bulk Orders page you can build an order by the vial: 10 vials of a compound is 40% off, 50 vials of a compound is 50% off, and any order of 100 or more vials in total is 55% off everything in it.

Discount codes apply on top of bundle and bulk prices unless a code says otherwise. They cannot be used on memberships or Build a Box subscriptions, which already carry their own pricing.

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day. We ship with FedEx.

Yes, to the United States and a list of other countries. If your country is available you can select it at checkout, where the rate is shown before you pay. You are responsible for any import rules, duties or taxes where you are.

No. Because these are research materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges, opened or unopened. See the Refund Policy.
